I wasn’t totally sure about ordering at first, but my gut told me julbie.com seemed okay. The updates came through like they should, nothing felt off, and my order showed up just as expected. I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I ordered two tops and somehow ended up with one in the wrong size and the other in a completely different color than what I picked. Like, I ordered specific items, checked the size, checked the color, waited for the package, and then opened it to find stuff I didn’t actually order. I would understand one small mix-up, like a shade being slightly off or the fit running a little different, but this was just wrong. Support asked me to send photos, so I did, including the tags, the items, the packaging, everything they needed, and then they just stopped replying. No update, no solution, no refund info, nothing. this was my first order and definitely my last.

The fabric feels really soft and comfortable, and it doesn’t itch at all. any extra hype is unnecessary, it’s just a decent, comfy piece.

My order came exactly when they said it would... which was great. No problems at all, just a smooth delivery!

The site technically works, so there’s that small miracle. But the design feels a bit cheap and cluttered to me, like everything’s trying to get my attention at once. Some pages don’t really match each other, and the mix of colors and fonts didn’t exactly scream “trustworthy.” It’s not awful, just not a look I personally enjoyed.

I feel like I paid way too much for something that felt really cheap. What made it worse was the way they talked to me when I brought it up, like I just didn’t understand what I bought. Disappointing overall.

I had to send one item back because the size just wasn’t right, and I was sure it was going to be annoying. But the return instructions were easy to follow, and they got back to me faster than I expected.

The refund came through quickly too, which was a nice surprise. No drawn-out back and forth or excuses, so overall I felt good about it and would order from julbie again.

Compared to other places I usually order from, this felt really slow, and the tracking barely updated, so I was kind of just waiting around with no idea what was happening. The item did eventually show up, but the whole delivery experience was frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

I reached out to customer service no one ever got back to me. They kept making vague promises like someone would follow up soon, but nothing actually happened. It’s really frustrating when you’re left hanging with no clear answer.
